right away, however by law we have include the following provisos. |

- The product we are price matching needs to be identical
- that means the same size, style and brand name. - and must be in
stock
- The item must be currently in
stock both in the competitor's shop and at HPM RC Boats
and available for purchase at the time of price guarantee
- The price we are matching must include all costs the
competitor would charge you for the item including shipping where
applicable and credit card/paypal surcharges. These are constantly
forgotten as part of the purchase.
- Special promotions such as rebates, free items, pricing
errors, clearance, refurbished/used items are not eligible.
- Guarantee only applies to purchases for personal use and not
for purchases for resale or commercial purposes
- The guarantee does not automatically apply to website pricing
unless followed by a current quote or invoice.
